SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Spain. Delivery times vary depending on your location within the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA):

- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
- International orders (outside the EU/EEA): Delivery times vary.

How can I track my order?

Once you make a purchase, you'll receive an email that contains your tracking link. Click the link in the email to be redirected to the "Track Your Order" page.

On this page, you'll need to enter your Order ID (which is also in the same order confirmation email), and the email address you provided to us during the order process.

Generally, we provide tracking information 1-2 days after your order has been received, but it might take up to 3 days to receive a tracking link.

NOTE:

Tracking may not be available on all shipments. If you haven't received an order within 10 days of purchase, you may contact our Support Team.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE SHIPPING on all items (unless specified on the. products) to all customers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Google Pay, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and security measures to ensure that your payment information is safe. Toodle does not store your credit card details.

Are there any additional fees?

No, we only charge the standard fees such as the product price, shipping fees, and if necessary, a restocking fee in the case of returns (see below).

I'm having issues making a payment. What do I do?

Please contact our Support Team at the link in the footer below and provide the following information:

- A screenshot of the error message
- A list of items in your cart
- Total order amount
- Your full name and email address

We generally respond within 1-2 business days.

ORDERS & RETURNS

How can I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your shipping and payment details. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

How can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us (see "Contact Support" in footer) within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order is processed, we may not be able to make changes.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, but we encourage you to create an account during the checkout process in order to stay updated more easily on order statuses, future sales and deals, and more!
